This new code will take effect
March 1, 2010. Changes include improved descriptions of standards,
new mixed-use districts and new sustainability standards.

Community Development will be submitting a zone change application on July 15, 2010 to amend the City of Henderson zoning map. The purpose of this amendment is to bring zoning on numerous parcels located throughout the city of Henderson into conformance with a recently adopted development code (HMC Title 19).
