Obtaining Permits on Federally Owned Land
The City may assist the developer to identify and secure permits for public rights-of-way and/or
easements on federal lands needed for development. Learn more on

Public Works
Survey/Right-of-Way Division, or via the City's website

Nominating
Land for a Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Land Sale
Under the Southern Nevada Public Lands Management Act of 1998 and the Clark County Conservation of Public Land
and Natural Resources Act of 2002, lands within the disposal boundary must be nominated/supported for sale
by the City for those federal lands within the City.
