30 DAYS NOTICE - To Schedule Your Event - PLEASE
CHECK YOUR DATES BEFORE SCHEDULING
All requests are on a first-come first-serve basis
- Event Hours are between 10:00 AM and 6 PM
- Our Crews are available for approximately one hour at any event
During the Event:

All fire stations are on an "ON-CALL" status, all day, which
means that they have to respond to a dispatch for an emergency, even during the station tour
or event.

During a station tour, if crews receive a call for service, you will be escorted out of the
station and to a safe place to watch the fire engine leave for the emergency.

If for any reason your event is cancelled, we will E-MAIL you - through Contact Henderson
and reschedule a new date.
Approved Event Requests:
- Station Tours, Special Events at Schools and some Community Requests
Not Approved Event Requests:

We cannot accommodate BIRTHDAY PARTIES, GRAND OPENINGS or VENDOR
(Commercial) REQUESTS.

If your event does not fall within our approved requests, please submit the request, we evaluate all of them for Chief's approval.

If your scheduled event is pre-empted, because of training or other circumstances, we will contact you and reschedule your date.

We will do all we can to honor your request for our services.
Request Setup -
Please make sure you fill out all the information for your event

When you click on the link below "Submit a Request" will pop up in Contact Henderson

Scroll down and click on the "Fire" tab.

Step 1: Click on either School Visit, Special Event or Station Tours

Step 2: Click "Next" and fill out "Provide contact information"

Step 3: Request Type = request
-
Enter the information in "Your Request" box
-
Completely fill out any information requested, otherwise this could delay your request
-
"Submit Request" when you are finished
-
You will be notified as soon as the request is approved or if there needs to be a date
change
