Planning and Budget
The Planning and Budget team assists the Chief Information Officer and project managers providing administrative, long-term fiscal and capital project planning, and analytical insight for the Department of Information Technology. Planning and Budget manages all technology contracts, follows established guidelines and procedures, and confirms that all contracts are properly logged and stored. The team assists in the Department’s strategic planning process, policies & procedure development, content management and provides support in accomplishing departmental needs and goals.
