Neighborhood Services', NUSA Award winning, Neighborhood Association Toolkit (10 MB) provides guidance and structure for neighborhoods that are interested in forming a neighborhood association (NHA). NHA's offer many of the same benefits as an HOA but differ in that they are loosely formed and do not have CC&R's. By forming an NHA, neighbors can solve problems collectively, create a unified neighborhood voice, and streamline communication with the City of Henderson.
The toolkit also provides information
on a wide variety of available services and programs for established
neighborhoods and can be used as a reference guide.
