- The instructor is under contract and is paid a percentage of the gross revenue.
- The instructor sets the class tone and develops the curriculum.
- The City provides the facility and promotion of the program.
Instructor Qualifications
The City of Henderson Parks and Recreation Department is committed to offering
opportunities that promote community health and well-being through fun,
progressive, and memorable parks and recreation experiences for all ages,
abilities and interests.
We are always looking for motivated, energetic and professional contract instructors to teach classes that enhance the vision and purpose statements of the City of Henderson Parks and Recreation Department. An instructor must possess strong teaching skills, be positive, and organized, have good communication skills, and demonstrate a desire to develop and promote their program.
