Ward I - Councilwoman Gerri Schroder
There is a lot of history in Ward I, and a lot of potential for the future. Much of Ward I takes in the original township site where the City of Henderson began more than 50 years ago, and it is a privilege for me to represent such an important part of our city.
Ward I is also the site of some tremendous opportunities for our future. From the Nevada State College, to our downtown redevelopment efforts, to our new Heritage Park site, great things are happening all throughout Ward I.
I hope you will take the time to look around and become more familiar with all the great things going on in our city, and especially in Ward I. This area is important to me and I am excited for what it means for the future of Henderson.
